Seniors’ priority line.

Expert advice and everyday banking over the phone.

A new phone line dedicated to seniors has been added to the existing Northern Hub call centre. It is serviced by Northern Credit Union staff and operates with extended hours. In addition to financial experts, the staff managing the Seniors’ Priority Line are trained in how best to support seniors.

One-on-one tutorials can be booked at your nearest branch*. Bring in your computer or smartphone and a branch representative will work with you to make sure you are properly set up and comfortable using all the features.
